Originally founded by Pete Kustermans, we started with the aim of supporting hobby farmers who believe in the eco-friendly practice of growing food. In 2021, Joe and Holly Silverthorn took the reins, holding onto Pete’s vision while also growing into a self-sustained cattle farm. Our goal? To not only fill our own plates with deliciousness but to share the bounty with our community.
